  • I can't log in to the app:

    • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

    • Verify you're using the correct login credentials. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it through the "Forgot Password" option.

    • If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

  • The app is slow or crashes:

    • Close other background apps that might be consuming resources.

    • Restart your iOS device.

    • Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.

  • I can't complete an order:

    • Check the order details, including shipping address and payment method.

    • If the problem persists, contact customer service.

  • I need to modify or cancel an order:

    • If the order hasn't been processed yet, you might be able to modify or cancel it directly from the app.

    • Otherwise, contact customer service as soon as possible.
